Born and raised in the South, Kim carries her Southern values of hard work, hospitality, and integrity into every aspect of her real estate career. For the past year, she has served as the team’s Transaction Coordinator, where her attention to detail and calm approach ensured smooth closings for countless clients.

Kim also spent six years as a local business owner in Tehachapi and previously worked as a Clinical Coordinator and Supervisor in the medical field. Her combined experience gives her a unique ability to manage complex situations with professionalism, care, and a steady hand.
